As an official wellness partner of Phuket White Collar Boxing, The Yoga Lodge offers private and group yoga sessions designed to complement your boxing training. 


Sessions can be held at the boxing gym, either before or after workouts, helping fighters restore, reset, and recharge throughout the 12-week programme.
